This notice explains how VANX handles information submitted through the website inquiry and online communication forms.

Information we collect

We collect the contact, company, project-market, equipment, and technical requirement details that you choose to submit.

With a submitted form we also record the first page you opened on this visit, the referring website (domain only), and any campaign tags in the link you followed, such as a link in one of our emails. Until you submit, this is kept only in your browser tab's session storage, which is cleared when the tab closes. To limit abuse, we store a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser's user-agent string with the inquiry.

Page views are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies.

How we use it

• To review your cooling requirement and prepare an initial RFQ brief.
• To contact you about technical clarification, equipment selection, and quotation follow-up.
• To maintain a business record of the inquiry and improve our inquiry process.
• To understand which pages and channels bring useful inquiries.

Storage and sharing

Inquiry data is stored on operator-controlled systems. We do not sell personal information. Details may be shared with relevant engineering or manufacturing partners only when needed to evaluate your project and subject to appropriate business controls.

Retention and your choices

We retain inquiry information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for project follow-up, business records, and applicable legal requirements. You may ask to access, correct, or delete your inquiry information.
